What size hoop would work best for me?Think about what you will use your hoop for… fitness, dance, tricks with lots of off- body moves? WickedHoops come in 6 different sizes to match your needs. In general, the bigger and heavier the hoop, the easier it is to use. Big diameter hoops= slow hooping. Smaller diameter hoops= faster hooping. A good guideline is to measure the distance (in inches) from the ground up to your lower belly. Use that number to order your first hoop. Please note: hoop size is the diameter of the hoop from outside edge to outside edge. When I first began hooping 2 years ago, I was using a regular weight 42” hoop (and I am only 5'3). I was really able to get the feel for waist hooping and my stomach muscles got worked! Now I prefer a 35light for performance and learning new tricks. Kids Sizes: If you are looking for a hoop for someone under 100 lbs. my recommendation would be a 34" or 36" hoop. I can also custom make 30" hoops for little tikes ages 2-4. Please specify the size when ordering in the notes box during checkout. Do you have any used hoops for sale?

How do I take care of my Hoop?To promote hoop life, steer clear of pavement and other abrasive surfaces. This stuff likes to eat pretty hoop tape. When storing, keep your hoop in a cool, flat place to avoid warping. If you need to reshape your hoop, lay it in direct sunlight on a flat surface. After 1-2 hours, bring your hoop indoors and reshape by hand.
