WickedHoops offers HoopDance Fitness Classes year round, for all abilities and ages. This is the newest, most positive, radically fun way to exercise. Join us for a full body, yet low impact, cardiovascular workout. Strengthen your core while toning hips, glutes, thighs and arms all while dancing, hooping and laughing away up to 600 calories an hour- no joke. All classes are updated on the calendar page, with details on time/place, and what to expect from the class. Fitness hoops are always provided for each class, but you are encouraged to bring your own if you have one. Wondering what you should wear and what you should bring to class? Treat HoopDancing like any other fitness class you have taken. Wear comfy clothes you can move around in and exercise sneakers. Bring lots of water, a hoop (if you have one) and a bit of an open mind. |
